Tuesday, April 24th, 2007On Monday, April 23rd, the Wall Street Journal printed an Opinion piece, “Puerto Rican Limbo” by former governor of Pennsylvania and former U.S. Attorney General Richard Thornburgh which I thought was very interesting. I wonder what you think?
